Free Returns Within 60 Days
If you are not satisfied or have simply changed your mind about the product(s), we will gladly accept your return within 60 calendar days of delivery.
Handling Of Products
Products must be handled and kept with care and returned in their original state and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. If your handling of the product(s) results in a decrease of its commercial value, we may proportionally reduce our refund to you.
Our Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or colour, you will need to return the item(s) and place a new order. Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed at our warehouse.
Legal Guarantee for Damaged Or Defective Products
If the item is faulty, we recognize the statutory 2-year guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years of purchase. Please note that products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Shipping Costs Refunds
In case of returns for faulty goods, you will be fully reimbursed to your original form of payment, including possible shipping costs.
If you have purchased more than one product in an order and returned just one or some of them, we will reimburse you the pro-rata share of the total shipping costs you may have paid. For example, if you had purchased 3 items and returned 2 of them, we will reimburse you 2/3 of the total shipping costs you’ve paid.

How to Return
Our Returns Process
It can take up to 7 working days for us to receive your return from the carrier. Once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. This can take 2-3 business days after we’ve received the returned item from the carrier. Your refund may take up to 14 days to show on your account, depending on the method of payment you used.

How To Return Steps:
- Start a return
Please email info@wrangler-jeans.co.za and provide the following information.
- Confirm your order number (This will start with #W)
- The item(s) you are returning
- Select the reason for the return.
- Confirm the address where the collection will take place.
- Confirm the date of collection preferred.

- Pack
Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the bag or box you received to minimize environmental impact where possible. Seal the package securely and attach the return label on the outside of your parcel.
- Hand over parcel
The carrier will pick up at your address. Make sure someone is at home when the carrier is scheduled to come to pick up the package.Â
- Receive confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned products have been received, accepted, and processed. This might take up to 2-3 business days after we've received your return.
If there is anything wrong with your return (e.g., products not corresponding to your purchase, products refunded with a decreased commercial value, etc.) we will inform you via email and we might even return the item back to you.
- Receive refund
Once your return is inspected and accepted by our quality assurance team, we will release your refund to your original form of payment. The whole process, from when you have printed the return label to when the refund is visible on your account, can take up to 21 Days.

Once your return is inspected and accepted by our quality assurance team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will release your refund to your original form of payment. Unless otherwise specified, refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
When To Expect Your Refund If You Returned to Our Online Store
